You will be personally accompanied and looked after by us from the beginning until your departure so that you can settle in and feel at home in your second home as quickly as possible.

Fully furnished

The apartment is fully furnished and you can move in immediately. High-quality furniture, box-spring beds and built-in wardrobes in all rooms are just waiting to be used by you.

Fully equipped kitchen – ready to move in

The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances and all utensils for cooking, washing and eating. Only the groceries still need to be bought. Everything else (plates, pans, cutlery, knives, etc.) is provided in multiples.

Flexible rental period

Whether you want to stay for a short or long term, we offer flexible rental options.

Service charges included

All utilities such as heating, electricity, water, WiFi, etc. are already included in the rental price.

Washing machine and dryer in the apartment

Convenient and time-saving – everything you need for laundry care is available directly in your apartment.

Professional cleaning

Every two weeks, the apartments are vacuumed and cleaned by a professional cleaning company (floors, kitchen surfaces, wet rooms, bed linen, towels, etc.).

Use of the garden

All guests have access to a shared garden, which can be used for relaxing, barbecuing, playing or swimming, depending on the season.

Laundry service

If you wish, you can make use of our laundry service.

Daily or weekly cleaning

For added convenience, we offer a daily or weekly cleaning service on request.

Parking spaces and electric parking spaces

Parking spaces, including electric parking spaces, are available for rent.
